Porto, it looks really nice and It's good to see someone (else) going a little off piste to the usual CdA, Mallorca destinations. Whilst I'd love to keep a boat in either place I think the negatives (rip-off, don't care attitude, too busy) would piss me off.
I really like the look of the pool and that there's a dog friendly beach (although I imagine you'll have to watch where you're walking).
Does seem a lot dearer than I would have thought though (looks like it would be €12k p.a. for us (10m/3.45m). Berthing arrangement looks very inefficient, pontoons with a single boat in between fingers.
Will look forward to updates.

Thats the attraction IMHO. We've visited San Remo and Imperia on our travels and they're far more vibrant towns than you'll find on the CdA and this might be heresy to some but I prefer Italian cooking to French cooking anyway, never mind the price difference. And yes, the Italians are lovely people in the main. Trouble is that if you get any kind of onshore wind there really is nowhere to anchor on that coast so you might be spending some time exploring those vibrant townsThe ambiance of the people in shops , restaurants, fellow boaters ( all IT thus far ) is lovely and friendly
This might only be heresy to people who prefer sauces and condiments to proper food!this might be heresy to some but I prefer Italian cooking to French cooking anyway, never mind the price difference.
Good luck Porto and I hope it works out for you. I might be heading in that direction myself after my lease in Antibes runs out. I have to agree with Eren though. That bit of coastline is a bit boring and the interesting bits are on the land rather than at sea. I'd be interested to know whether you find that the reduced cost outweighs the location
Looks like there are very few LON to Genoa flights which is a shame.
