Whereizit - and "name that boat" (difficult)

She was built in 1897, by S.Bond & Co, Birkenhead. Designed by Richardson.
Started life called " ??", re-named "??" when she went to The Clyde and now is back to her original name having had a four-year re-build. Either of the names will do.
Was well known in Falmouth area 60s & 70s. Competed in an RTIR and nearly foundered, she was so leaky.

OK, clues. The boat is my old boat, renamed after a Hebrides island.
The location is a Welsh estuary, and the three tall chimneys may be familiar.

Wrong estuary. Much further south.
Chimneys are a clue.

Correct. House point.
That's Myfanwy (was Benbecula when I had her) now in all her rebuilt glory. I'm hoping to get a sail in her in September.
