I found a firm making them easily enough on google, but it was a while ago - sorry, if I remember I'll come back here.
Good chandleries have a range, but you may not get the length and dia' you want.
No luck with Force 4 ?

I gave up searching and made a pin from a long bolt with on ole drilled in the end, with a P clip to secure. Bolts available here:

I did find one on the Force 4 site, under ' chandlery above deck, stainless fittings '; only one listed but I'm sure they usually have a row of various sizes.
