On such a nice day today, Sun, we couldnt resist a trip out of Ipswich out at Harwich and blast around a bit to give the engines a run if nothing else, it was like a summers day out there. But where were you all? there was no one out there. we never past anyone on the Orewell either.
Whats it gotta be 30 deg + ?

Would have loved nothing more than to go for a blast up the river and around the coast.. but goo dol' Swanny has taken my boat out of the water 3 weeks early - i didn't know until i went down there on thursday evening to get something off the boat!!!

I see yours is up for sale - want something bigger?

Short blast across to Cowes for lunch at Folley, then up So'ton water for a run. Loads of boats out, Quite surprising really, considering how cold it was.
Frost on the deck, when I finally tied up.
Managed to log 5hrs though.
Boat was running fantastically (maybe Dom's magic potion) running 600rpm higher than norm.
Cold, dense air possibly helped.

Spent saturday night at IHM after friday at Gunn Wharf and Sunday at Yarmouth
