Yes, there is a deep pool in the foreground of my photo where you could anchor but make sure you go in with the tide as on the ebb it gushes out of the inner entrance.

Funny thing about Loch Tarbert in Jura, is that you feel as though you are utterly alone at night, that is until you notice the glow of the street lighting from Glasgow and Renfrewshire.

Yes, right up to the top, although the getting there is more scenic than when you've got there.

Yes, you can but after the deep pool I mentioned the depth does become a bit of an issue at low tide. I will add a photo of the entrance to the inner sound.
