Hull marina first opened in 1983 according to the internet.
Seems like it was at first the railway dock area so has expanded.
There are ambitious plans to create a lagoon at Hull

Grimsby HCA I don't know - its not ancient. The old docks could be a fantastic development but can't see that happening. Development would put the rent up for the HCA.

Grimsby is based in the old fish docks so probably sometime in the 90's i'd guess. Grimsby would be a great marina if it wasn't so damn expensive and your typical club owned marina (have to be voted in by the committee)

Gillingham was in the 1980's and Hoo Marina a little earlier.

There are plans for the eastern basin of the old Chatham dockyard, which is due to close in a few years and the surrounding land to be made into housing. There is talk the basin will become another marina.

There was talk of a marina at Sheerness just east of Garrison Point, but this would be a non starter as the initial plans left it exposed to the NE.

RHYC marina was new in 1999, Woolverstone in the 70s I think, was certainly there by 1980.

The marina at Brightlingsea, as distinct from the long pontoon mooring, is quite recent, around 2015?

Construction started in 2005, certainly in operation around 2010, maybe earlier.

Yeah that marina is a bit like golf, that’s why I gave it up, can’t be doing with all the idiots and their reserved parking spaces...?
