Whats the funniest boat name you ever saw???

Older Broom , "No problem".... apparently they later DID have a problem and VHF call was

Mayday mayday no problem no problem......

Our second boat was named after a small town in canada called "Bella Coola" which when our neighbour in Brixam Marina saw it fell about laughing, apparently it means in Italian "Nice Arse"

Honestly never had a clue.

Guess who owns this..........

"Visitors" is in Cowes. Handy when you go into a crowded port and tell people to clear off your moorings. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

When I was a lad a few of us had an old speed boat which we called "Common Shag" because no-one knew what a Cormorant was but everybody knew what a Shag was! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Name a Boat

I've had "Substitute" and "Slippy" for my last two boats.
Now I'm on power I haven't bonded in a naming kind of way with the latest boat.

Any Suggestions?

Re: Name a Boat

I know, I know, how can it be, who would name a boat so provocatively. She drew a certain commotion from the louts along the Bristol floating harbour but the owner remained indignant about his right to name her "My Willy".
