When boats get to this age, it's like buying a classic car. It will need a lot of love and attention. I would probably not take it out to sea unless I had taken the cooling system, exhausts etc to bits to assess their condition.
What is it worth? £20K seems a bit high. The interior is old and tired. Wouldn't cost much to do a reasonable refit if it's DIY. Paying somebody is not viable.
