What should I look for ...

Next weekend I am going to look at a boat that I am interested in buying. I will be doing a Sea Trial.
The Boat is a Fairline Holiday with 170 hp – straight 6 cyl Volvo.

I think I know most of the things to look out for but with all the experience around here I would welcome any advice … to make sure I don’t forget anything …….

Yes! Look out for 'birds' in mini-skirts waving at you and other boat owners inviting you for a jar.

Look under the bunks and under the floor boards for signs of stress caused by slamming (staring and cracks at joints).
Advise to get a survey before final offer.
