just thinking about some of the best places I have anchored

good holding for starters

no insects

stuff to watch - either wildlife or local activity

I am not that bothered about good pubs and never interested in restaurants as I am too tight/impecunious

the ones I have enjoyed so far have been The Rocks on the Deben, Pyefleet on the Colne, Butley River

and almost anywhere on the Broads

You shouldn't encourage people to go to those places, they are unsuitable for modern yachting.
No marinas, no mains electricity, no showers or laundries and nothing to tie up to. Do you expect people use their anchors?
And don't mention Iken, terrible place. (Damn, let the cat out of the bag)

thats "The Oaks" then, the last time we were there we met Old Varnish & his missus as we walked to the pub

South Deep in Poole Harbour, very nice but very private island with big 'No Landing" signs etc. Which was soon amphibiously assaulted by the Royal Marines ;) a great show!

Blood Alley Lake, Poole Harbour. Named, some say, for a full and frank exchange of views between local "free-traders" and the Revenue.
Good holding, well sheltered in a Northerly, very pretty, if you have an NT card you can walk ashore on to a very nice island with a café, peacocks and red squirrels.
Plenty of room. And you will not find any big deep-draught fin-keel Jenbenbavs there.

Anchored in the Helford River last week - no one about to tell me not to anchor where I wanted - lovely - same place as I always go south of Port Navas within the coordinates stated in Reeds (to avoid moorings to East and Oyster beds to West). Eel grass beds East of Durgan still to be avoided - wonder how the eels are prospering - not great anchoring out there anyway in these persistent Easterlies.

Which I suppose defines another pre-requisite for perfection in any anchorage - be there at the right time - all else depends on that.

Helford River - there are several quays you could go alongside - Tremayne for instance, which is National Trust - all dry at LW and maybe you would need to inspect at LW before committing yourself.
Don't know how far up river the oysters extend. Some boats do seem to anchor in the upper reaches but the channel would dry, or at least be very shallow, here.
