Not a trap. I have met many people sailing in their 80's, and prepared to expire on their boat cruising rather than in a nursing home. What age groups keeps this Forum going? are the "younger" groups too busy to join this forum; do "armchair" sailors have a specific age group?; does it matter?, why people shy away from disclosing their decade? the older you are the prouder to demonstrate that you are still fit mentally and/or physically to participate and to contribute? etc
