So this is a cheap brass prop not bronze at all?
Are these being sold as "bronze"?
Surely this is contrary to consumer law.
If they are copper and zinc (brass) who would knowingly buy one?

"bronze" is not definitive. There are all sorts of bronze alloys. The one often used for propellers is described as "manganese bronze" which is actually a brass. So no misrepresentation, although "yellow metal" is perhaps a more accurate generic description - which would cover the better alloys as well as visually they look much the same.
