What has Santa brought you

While your here, when do the boats need dragging out for winter, cant see it on the Harbour master website.

Conwy estuary is covered by insurance year round so there is no mandatory lift out. There are group liftouts in November through March and for 2 weeks in April for ~£90 quid a lift. Winter on the hard will set you back ~£600 maybe less because you are shorter. There are no exact days as they vary slightly according to tide each year. Other than that you have the two Marina's that are variable but will strap you over a barrel and bleed every penny they think they can get out of you. A lift out and a lift in will exceed anything you pay for your harbour mooring I can assure you.

If things do go to plan in winter we may drag it out ourselves and trailer it to inland waterways, i say plan as i will need the car and trailer to do that and house needs doing up. Still if the moorings are ok and secure in winter then it can stay in.

What do you care. You shall have beer, whether it's mine or Stokesea's who cares. :D

:):D:) to true to true

I may buy a boat and keep it in Conwy just for the laughs lol.:D

I received a lovely set of rachet spanners from my in-laws. They think I'm mad, but then again my father-in-law's toolbox contains only a butter knife, with cream cheese still on it.

I love ratchet spanner’s too.......cream cheese.....not so much :)

How does Santa know the correct model and everything! Don’t think much of your marina security if a fat bloke with a sleigh can just mooch about on your boat before Christmas! :D
I sent Santa a letter. The rest is magic !

An electric davit winch and a triple flybridge driving seat so I don't have to have the little bloke sat on my knee for an hour at a time fiddling with switches and throttles! He can sit on the seat by himself now and do that!

Merry Christmas all..

Steve

Buy loads of old car tyres with it. Kwackers haunts those waters and he's liable to take liberties when he has students at the helm learning to dock. Whats a bit of prop rash between mates he'll ask as he empties the teapot and cookie tin. 'King Ahab he is, I mean Captain!
