The guy in the rubber is from the Scottish National Park Authority and has rowed out to say that as the boat is not registered he will have to ask them to take down any sails that are not white.
While doing the marine version of the sword dance (!) on the starboard side, is it a generally required national dress code in Scotland to wear an inflatable bow fender instead of a proper sporran, or just for the Scottish Navy ?
