a) Under 25 feet
b) Petrol
c) Under £5,000
d) Fun and Fast

What would y'all suggest I look at?

Have a look at my RIB.
lacks the bimini, but the elephant strong A frame will hold a bit of cloth. (as it has done on various occasions before, although these did not provide much shade)

Gotta buy locally though, so there must be someone there who's time is up and going back to Europe\USA who wants rid of their little toy and willing to take cash for a quick sale? Tried local big oil\telecomm companies or expat newspapers? I'd look at US boats for Midlle East. Always someone with the expertise to fix 'em up in case of breakdown, esp US military mechs who want to earn some spare time cash. Likely to be good with stuff like big yank V8's and good source of cheap i.e. recently liberated ex military parts etc
