Anybody's urine causes calcium buidup, to the point where heads pipes block - ours are 24 years old so hardly unexpected.
Dilute hydrochloric is used a brick cleaner and often works as a descaler.

I always have the alarm ready to set and, as soon as the anchor hits the bottom, SWMBO dives down and sets it. With 30m of chain out

Well, if I said she "dives down below" that could give a very bad impression of what we do whilst anchoring.

We have now discovered table tennis and have a competition going. Sometimes the swell can be a real pain whilst at anchor.
I also have to confess that if we are tied up somewhere secure we so get the freesat dish out. I know but occasionally it is good to see just what we are not missing.
