What boat is this?

My brother has bought this on Ebay as a project. The "shed" on the back was added by the owner before last, but the basic shape of the coachroof looks familiar.

The boat is about 23', drop keel with two small bilge keels. Outboard engine, transom hung rudder, and mast and boom but no sails. And a small bowsprit.

Can anyone identify it please, or know anything about the make?

not 100% positive, but take a look at this very poor picture of a Seamaster 21 Sailer. It is the only picture the club has. Might help if you had some more history info.

Nah, all it needs is a wrought iron brazier for the cocky watchman an it'll look perfect in any commercial dock of the 1960's.

..Nabonimation, a Mk II in this case (On the Mk I the winches were left uncovered but subsequently covered over for the MK II when owners decided that they didn't really want to sail it but wanted a base for the onboard herb garden)

Otherwise - a Seamaster with a workman's hut on top.

If it moors alongside me (improbable) I'll ask it to move - more due to that blue paint which transfers dreadfully via plastic fenders.
