seems to be an amphibious RIB on the Thames!

I think the rib is built by Sealegs - there was quite a lot of publicity about it a few months ago. Goes well on the water, but only about 10 mph on land, so it's no Aqada.
There are several little slipways on the Thames, including one next to the MI6 building, but this one doesn't look familiar.

It's Putney, just a bit downstream from Putney Bridge. Slipway is on the south side of the river, but I don't think has easy access.
