I have my eye on one. Broker has been reducing price over past five months. I know only 19 were built in early '80's. I have sought info at westerly-owners. Does anyone here have any info?
You might be better off with the Westerly Owners Association 2845 WOA members worldwide rather than this thread... There are quite a few more Fulmars around than the GK34s discussed in these quite old postings so unfortunately it may be tricky to track down Gully-Gully.Hi I’m trying to trace my dad’s boat that he had to sell in the 1990s. It was registered in 1981 I think in Southampton and was a Westerly Fulmar designed by Ed Dubois. It was built in Waterlooville. She was called Gully-Gully. Does anyone know how I would be able to trace her and if her name has been changed would that make it impossible? Would love to find her again.
There is no boat in the WOA list of members boats named Gully-Gully. If you can supply the sail number, I can check the list using this. The number will start FR and probably in the 50 to 150 range as it is a 1981 Fulmar. My Fulmar is FR38 and was launched in Sept 1980.Hi I’m trying to trace my dad’s boat that he had to sell in the 1990s.
