That's Battlebridge Basin, about 100 yards from the Station, which has been poshed up for some time. Other bits of the area have changed somewhat less but there is a fortune being invested in the area, mostly because of the Channel Rail Link terminus at Saint Pancras.

Hookers and drug dealers are mostly a thing of the past :the area now has a Tesco Metro and a Starbucks and the Guardian are moving into offices overlooking Battlebridge Basin in about 18 months' time; it won't be long before Yo! Sushi arrives. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
