fair play though that new P50 is getting some use, great to see someone use a lovely boat so much, they are out there, hail, rain, fog, sun wind the lot!, good on em!

Yeah OK so I wasn't the brightest spark when it came to saving a webcam picture so in the heat of the moment snapped it with me digicam.

Requires a cookie, which is provided by that site. However, if your browser is set to block all cookies, then it will appear that the cam does not work. I can see the night image just fine.

Powerskipper!. Did you not see her bringing a 40 back last night then? /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif I would have liked to have done it, had a prior commitement to escort a bunch of jet skis around the Isle if Wight yesterday in aid of charity. A rather ahstily put together video can be found HERE

Saw in a previous post of Solitaire's what you were up to, so spotted the boat from our window, flat in Clevedon, through the binocs.
Hope our neighbours don't think I'm a peeping tom! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
Our boat was jammed in and rafted on the brokers pontoon so were unable to move her! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Hope you had a good trip, did you go to Milford in one leg, the weather seems to have improved, how long did it take you?
Sorry about all the question but it is a journey we are planning to undertake when we get our new (2nd hand) boat with a diesel engine. You can't but petrol many places about these parts, propbably 'cos tractors won't run on petrol! (or cider!) /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yes , a nice run, tide and wind with us, cruised about 20 to 25 knots, took 9.30 lock out and arrived in Milford haven about 2.30, but did a whole lot of equipment setting up on the way, and diverted by the range boat, I think he was trying to follow a latitude line. interesting run, you zig and zag around as per the chart suggesters and all you see is water, Oh A and some lovely coastline, worth planning journeys as not all places are 24 hr access around there. I have some photos but need to sort them so will post them later. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Thanks for the reply.
Talk about tidal access? We have only a 2 hour window to get back into Bristol City Docks, maybe thats why lots of folk chose to keep their boats in Portishead?
What did you think of our brown water?
Looking forward to the photos!

Cheers

That was us on the next table, we said hello to Mark, Michelle & Abs when we came in! Wish we'd known it was you, but did have wonder after you left, when Michelle said the skipper was a lady! Hope you had a good trip back with P & J 1!!
