So much for this hurricane. Everyone was scurrying for shelter last night but it's lovely in Devon this morning. Well, not lovely, but it's neither raining nor underwater, which by this summer's standards, counts as pretty top notch really.

I have a theory!!

The weather people tend to get the weather patten right but the timing wrong, And mother nature keeps all on there toes by pulling a few surprises.

Thats not a theory - thats established fact. Timing always is the difficult thing to forecast, the event is easier. For example, I managed to forcast the stock market crash very accurately. What I didnt get right was the timing - just after I invested! Did exactly the same with this years house price boom - have just now put my house on the market.

I think I shall apply for a job as a met man. Need the money /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
