An interesting post on MB spurred this thought! Here goes: We're often bashing our way through waves,foam and drink encased in foul weathered gear with glasses caked in salt and bird shit but .....
HOW DO WE KNOW IF ITS RAINING?

The gin and tonic gets less salty when diluted by fresh rainwater.

Have wondered about it on occasion - but not for long!

Even on a chop, you can see rain clearly, hitting sea water.
