We would like some experience - day trips, over nighters, weekends

Hi there

We (myself and my husband) are new to sailing and like to gain some valuable hours to build up our experience.

We are based in North Wales (could travel) and would be looking at day trips, or over night (weekend, one nighters). We are just completing our competent crew certificate and would like to build up our experience to go with it.

We would be happy to come on board as single or couple.

Just a couple of thoughts about getting more experience: The Cruising Association does have a crewing list which members can look at & covers the whole of the UK.
Also look at the yachting magazines classified ads section(Yachting Monthly & Practical Boat Owner to name but two).
Try the internet for yacht clubs(not dinghys) near where you live as often there are skippers who need crew.
