I've written then a stern letter.

I tried a stern email..........it was ignored and consigned to the electronic waste basket. As a result we have given up trying to head west having spent two unplanned extra days in Poole, now sat back in Beaulieu with zero wind on a mill pond........I can hear the said weather gods giggling to themselves.............

I have almost resorted to chasing patches of sun around the solent,
I do remember having to do that once long ago for a photo shoot , they wanted the boat they were taking pic of in a sunny patch.

It is very encouraging for us to see this and one or two other threads on this subject. We're new to the coast this year and whilst we are loving it we are a bit surprised at the weather, was expecting it to be a bit nicer somehow.

Arranged to transfer sunshine to North East Coast of Spain/Mallorca etc. Must be my righteous nature.
