Is there a web site that i can download waypoints for my GPS Garmin 12???

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to see that your name is false as the best skipper would delight in making up his own waypoints from those map things known as charts. In any case if you use those waypoints given in almanacs, or on a website if it exists, you'll just collide with all the other lazy gits who have used the same source./forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I can do the chart work but i want to find an east way of entering waypoints in to my GPS.
On the the boat handeling front, dont judge untill you know!

You dont need waypoints on the Thames but you can use autoroute express on your laptop to find out where the nearest bust stop is when you want to get home......
