Sivota has water meters, cost 2euros for approx 60 lts. Sadly the one we tried use last week, seen working the previous day, ate the money, but failed to supply the water! There is water at the yacht club pontoon if you pay to stay, or the restarant pontoon. Sailing holidays have now put in a pontoon which you can use if they don't need it - almost certainly that will have water.
In Fiscardo a water tanker drives to the Nicolas Taverna side daily and will pass a very long hose over to the boat. His standard charge seemed to be approx 15 euros. Not sure if there are still water meters on the quay.

We were in Fiskardo a few weeks ago and there was a water tap on the quay, .( set down half way between the water and the quay pavement) which did not require payment We did have to pay 15 euros for 2 nights to the harbour guy
