Towards the Hammerheads boats stayed afloat but further up towards the walkway they were drying out. The cutter suction dredger was working while i was there seemed to be quite effective you can see the mud discharging from the pipe outlet over the wall.

Us to, all we need is some decent weather and to stay afloat.
Love Watchet and looking forward to going back there, maybe on the way to Porthcawl?
Just need to get lifted, anti fouled, engines and legs serviced, canopy cleaned, helm seat fixed, top sides polished and some beer in the fridge - and I'm on my way!

I was there last weekend. On the hammerhead on A pontoon my keel was in the mud. That is with 1.45m draft. At first gate I was just about free. Near the gate it is deeper. Half way up the pontoons was completely dry with the gate up.

Still a great place to go though

I'm planning to go there at Easter. I phoned the marina a few days ago and they assured me there would be enough water to float in (so that's all good then) but they didn't ask me what my draft is(!).

At HW there is plenty of water. It is close to gate times that you can't get far down the pontoons. The big navy boat was on hammerhead b making even less parking space

Deepest water seems to be on B Hammerhead and the Western end of A Hammerhead .The old patrol boats are off to Torquay soon so should make more room on Hammerheads.

May be worth double checking as I should imagine the fully floating berths are first come first serve?
