And it looks like some one has not only stolen the top mark on the North Cardinal but they have painted the pole Yellow

No! Top of the pole is black! Correct for a North Cardinal

Put yur glasses on Dave and look at both pictures again and you will see the thief has indeed got a tin of Yellow Paint

Ah!!! That's Newtown creek and the top marks were made out of a couple of funnels
