But none of the onlookers seem very perturbed by any of it. I particularly admire the sang-froid of the gentleman in the blue trousers and yellow top, if not his sartorial style.

Very Swedish that, blue trousers and yellow top. If they'd tried a bit harder they could have made it over into the car park and tested a few Volvo roof bars. The car park is about 3-4m lower than the canal.
