S24 is an older boat, different layout
Older, less powerful engine (AD31 I think)
Not as sexy - This is very important /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Think you might be getting mixed up between S23/25 - they're the exact same boat, only change I think being the dash (on the S23 its glossy, on the S25 it's matt)
