I've just come home from a 'show' and been impressed by one of those things mentioned above. It's now a candidate for retro-fitting...

Some of us out there will have some experience of the things. Care to share...?

We have one
I really like the fact that we're not reliant on gas - for safety and for obtainability on our cicumnavigation, but it hasn't been trouble-free, and I'm planning to attempt an induction stove instead in a couple of months. For the cost of that Wallas, you could buy a lot of lithium batteries to power an induction stove.

I seem to recall a few forumites having problems with failed circuit boards - parts made of unobtainium, or at least very expensive it turned out. Definitely wait for others to confirm though, no personal experience here at all.

I’ve just replaced the fuel pump after one year, recon about 150 on / offs
previous 20+ yr old one had a gummed up wick and needed a new glow coil when I bought the boat, faultless for the next 4 yrs I had that one

the fan for the heater lid is v noisy, ok as a heater backup

considered an induction stove, would not heat the boat

If anyone’s interested, I’m planning on removing a wallas stove (oven and hob) from my boat over the winter. In fantastic condition (hardly used) with all accessories. Can be seen running before it is removed.
