VP2030. Seawater coming out of seacock, but not at impellor pump.(this pipe goes to back of gearbox to cool that, then onto impellor pump)Sea water cooled.Help please.

Do you have a filter in the pipe between seacock and pump? If so, I'd suspect a blockage if it happened without the filter being disturbed or a faulty seal if it has. I'd clean the filter, put a bit of vaseline on the seal and pour a couple of litres of water into it so the water can get down to the pump.

Another possibility if any part of the run from cock to pump is above the waterline is that the impeller is tired and can't suck enough air to prime itself.

...and/or that the pump end faces are worn, with the same result.
Equally Richard's suggestions, or the blocked filter you mention, which between them cover pretty well all the possibilities (assuming the same set-up previously worked OK).

Check your strainer isn’t drawing air. It usually won’t prime if the lid of the strainer is loose and or certainly off altogether.

You don't mention a strainer but if you have one mounted above the water line level check its lid for possible air in-leakage as already suggested. Or it may simply need priming

Otherwise you could have a blocked or collapsed hose or the gearbox oil cooler might be blocked.
Consider back flushing the oil cooler.
If necessary, and as a temporary measure only in order to reach a water supply hose, connect the seacock directly to the seawater pump
