Hi Folks
Me a retired fast craft(sea cat ) engineer ,and hobby boater. Always had smaller petrol/diesel cruisers.
Now every day is Sunday I have recently bought a 1989 princess 30ds with twin tamd 41b's on shafts.A marina known boat one meticulous owner from new (now deceased)
I have been away working for a few months now retired and returned to marina this week and winterising etc.
I have no first hand knowledge of these engines and would like to get a manual for them including inj pump pdf or otherwise
both engines very smokey when cold and clears a bit but not right (white) start instantly with no noticeable crankcase compression 1300 hrs on engines, new turbos and injectors at 1100 hrs in boat log book and port engine stop solenoid is sticking on shut off plenty of power on test when purchased 33 knots wot.
possibly a pump timing issue both engines smokey
thanks bob
any offers of manuals/advise very welcome ,looks as if pumps have been disturbed on first glance, with more tech info I will investigate further
