Volvo Penta D1-20F question

I have winterised this engine, including antifreeze in the raw water system. If I remove the impeller, will I lose all the antifreeze from the system?

For the past 8 years I have run antifreeze through the system by removing the bottom hose from the seawater pump, fitting a temporary hose into a container with 2 litre of antifreeze and running the engine for a few seconds. I then replace the hose and remove the impellor. You might loose a cup full of antifreeze in the process. Providing you have chased the freshwater out of the heat exchanger it will be fine.
