Volvo MD2020 - broken cap of cooling system

Hello guys,
Our yachting club in St Malo, just get the following trouble with a md2020-d bt (see attached picture) : support of cooling water was broken all around.
Does it exist any mechanical solution to fix that trouble except to change all the cooling part ?

I think this is very common issue with these engines. There seems to be repair kits available.

Not uncommon fault new flange and oft you jolly well go I believe

Repair it with jd weld which is epoxy based but make sure you clean iit well to get a good bond.
