What is the problem with the pump that it needs replacing/repairing?
I have never done this on a Volvo but have done the odd car one many years ago. I cannot see any fixing mechanism in the drawings and parts lists, so it appears that the pulley wheel may be pressed on. Ones I did were pinned on, from memory. If pressed you should be able to push it off, or get someone to do it for you at a small cost. All assuming that you can buy the bearing and seal as separate items.
I had to buy one of these for my MD22L in Messina, Sicliy. They charged me €520 for it there. I looked at repairing the original one with a view to having a spare. I tried getting the flange off it but could not with ordinary tools. It looks like its pressed on so maybe a press would push it off with a press. Theres little online about repairing them. I slung mine in the metal skip. Volvo spares are a ripoff.
