Not hard to produce one yourself. I did start one with an eye to posting it on here, but quickly realised that once I'd localised it to the areas I normally sail, to my radio type and to my own biases it wouldn't be a generic document and if I left it generic it wouldn't be complete. I reckon I could've finished it to my spec in a couple of hours total effort.
