1. Ordered Vetus Wiper Set on 'Special' by mail order
2. Delivered damaged - who in their right mind would allow a wiper motor to 'bang
around' unrestrained inside a package!
3 Charged to my credit card at catalogue, not 'special' price !
4 Two long distant phone calls at my expense to report problem!
5 Parcel Farce call to collect for return, Grinning young man informs me he 'forgot'
to bring any 'paperwork' - expects me to let him walk off with parcel. I decline.
6 Drive parcel to main Parcel Farce depot - at my expense - supervisor says until
missing paperwork can be located, nothing doing.
7 Irritable email from supplier, not my problem if no paperwork. (Imagine a claim)
8 Collected complete with paperwork receipt

I had a similar problem last year whilst going through the french canals. I was stuck in Paris in July for an extra month as I had to go back to work. This particular engine spares company, whom I will name in block caps if they dont come across with some filthy luker, were told to "hot shot, DHL, TNT overnight with whatever they use. This was a full week before I had to leave. They decided in their wisdom to send it parcel farce, and of course it did not arrive. It cost me an extra 7,000 francs to stay there!!! They then had the audacity to suggest I take up with parcel farce. It was their contract with the PO not mine. The owner of this firm said I did not have consequential insurance. Surely to goodness if something is sent guarrenteed 24 hour delivery it should arrive in a week! Does the word guarrentee mean nothing these days. The name will be put on this website as a warning very soon!!!!!
