Vetus fuel filter - help to source

Hello, I am trying to buy a spare fuel filter/water separator unit to fit my Vetus twin unit. Although it looks very similar to the current WS720 unit, the spin-on canister on mine is aluminium with the reference KC44 printed on it.
Does anyone have a similar set-up and, if so, can you advise where I can buy replacements?
Do you know if the current unit is a direct swap?
