It's dry, the sun is out, it's neither too cold nor too hot; but it's blowing a hoolie.
(Mariposa's afloat, on the pontoons and upwind from the dusty carpark)

To varnish or not to varnish? That is the question.

I spent last weekend on board waiting for the rain to stop so I could start varnishing. The boat's been on the mooring all winter and desperately needs her brightwork sorted.
Sadly it was wet both days.
I will be back tomorrow... and come what may there will be much sanding and brush wielding. I should be safe from the stoor on the mooring, so the gulls will probably use my fresh Le Tonk as a toilet.

no question's about it get the brush and beers out!!!! and as we are in england (though grate as she is) the weather is not to be trusted. so do it while you have the cance. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
