Varnish for cabin floor

I foolishly bought some varnish to do exactly this and am now looking to offload, having identified that my floorboards are laminate on ply (not veneer as I had thought).

So if you want a recently opened, but totally unused, pot of "everbuild clear floor varnish", which was recommended elsewhere on this forum, and you happen to be near Hamble or SW London, please PM me. I am given to believe it's closely comparable to ronseal in terms of durability and ease of application, and considerably cheaper. Waste not want not.

Otherwise I will think of something else that needs varnishing. Stairs/table/children/wife. Suggestions welcome.

We’ve just done ours using Patina wax (recommendation from another forum user). The results are great and it’s very quick and easy to apply.

I used Ronseal Diamond hard last year with excellent results. Don’t sand too much (as I did) during prep as the darker wood is often stained and can be sanded off which makes the boards patchy. Still looks pretty good but I wish I had known.
