Useful notice to mariners for you?

I do a notices to mariners service for the East Coast and today came across this:

Was unaware thet there was any water there at all at LW.
Assume that if you draw only a couple of feet you can get to Richmond at any state of tide,except perhaps for super low springs ?
No chance at Allington unless you have wheels.
