On the Invincible class carriers, it was a long walk from the officers' cabins to the heads; one Fleet Air Arm bod commented " there are two types of officers here, those who pee in the sink, and liars ! "

Soviet hotels had a similar arrangement, hence the Russian saying "only a dead man does not piss in the basin".

I'm sure I read of a cheap hotel in the UK where they had to strengthen the basin supports due to some lady guests adopting the same routine.

Same goes for male passengers of the aberdeen London sleeper.

That's an image I could do without, though one girlfriend availed herself of the cockpit well; I'd removed the engine first !
 
Two foot of 2½ inch drain pipe dose it for me, I use one at home in the middle of the night I don't have to put the light on :encouragement:
