I need to service the winches on my 1987 Jeanneau Fantasia. I’m not able to find the make of winch anywhere. Does anyone know what they are and if there is a service kit available?

Winches are very simple to take to pieces. Just undo the screw at the bottom of the star shaped hole, further dismantling should be fairly obvious. With luck, the pawls and springs will be OK to re-use but as said previously, Lewmar ones fit the majority of makes.
By the way, don't overdo the grease, a light application is best

Nope, that one's like a Lewmar where you 'unwind' the keyring-like spring washer that you can see above the top cover plate. Surround the whole thing with a towel as you lift the drum off because the bottom pawls/springs may possibly fly out.

You're right occasional. I meant to cover that option but was interrupted and forgot to add it. I had similar on my Gibb winches.
