Anyone recognise these fittings? They connect to a (broken :() monobloc sink tap. Boat is a Beneteau. How are they undone?

Many thanks for any help

They look like push fits to me.

Push the light brown ridge into the white collar as firmly as you can so that the wavy curved bit overlaps the light brown ridge. Then with a bit of jiggling firmly pull/twist the while pipe out of the light brown fitting / slide the light brown fitting off the white stub. You have to keep the brown collar pushed firmly in otherwise it will grip the pipe again. You will need to keep one finger behind the back of the brown ridge to keep it pressed against the wavy collar.

I thought it was necessary to push the grey/brown collet into the white collar in order to release the fitting.
