Guess its a (wind)power driven vessel!?
its got an engine running in the marina bit of the video you can see the watercooling out the back, but its going under its own steam at sea and theres plenty more videos out there. Lots of people experimented with models, its curious seeing the things sail directly into the wind. It must take a huge slow turning propellor to get a bite on the water though. thats probably why the models work better than the full size ones.
