Turkey Charter

I'm thinking about having a late season family charter in Turkey. Can anybody recommend a yacht charter or give any info on flights? I'm thinking of either Bodrum to Marmaris or Gocek to Marmaris and a minimum boat size of 36'. We did that with Sunsail last year from Bodrum to Marmaris in Autumn half term week & thouroughly enjoyed it but I wondered if there was perhaps a cheaper alternative?

Jimi - take a look at www.marsbrookboating.com It's an independent site which charter operators promote themselves through and you'll find 9 yachts in Turkey, most being around th 40ft mark.

I've hear of the Rail charter etc but don't you think that this is taking things a bit far

We 'negotiated' good charter prices by direct comm with Ray Duncan, and booked a charter flight ourselves to Dalaman. Four of us had a brand-new Dufour 36 for two weeks : including the flights it came to £750/head.
