turbo problems with volvo penta D3

We have had a brand new volvo penta D3 130sx for two years now, within the first year the turbo went which was replaced under warranty. The engine life has had 72 hours and year two the turbo has gone again!
Any experts here got any suspicions because this is getting very costly!
