Not been but plan on going weather permitting. I think you can anchor on the east of blackpool sands

If your planning on picking up a visitor buoy it may be worth checking 1st. We went up there 2 weeks ago and they all had signs on saying no mooring. There were a few boats moored so we ignored the sign and tied up, the harbour master came round and asked how long we were staying we only needed 40 minutes and he was fine with that.

look out for mine , we are sending an old raggie to drop anchor and use him for rafting .

Well we went yesterday ,lasted 30 mins no wind protection , so back to Torquay.
